Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Mazeheart TD, the tower defense game for iPhone sold by Shaun Colver ("we"). By using Mazeheart TD, you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where the two differ, these terms add to Apple's.
The game and the Season Pass
- Mazeheart TD is free to download, and every race, all 50 waves and the leaderboard can be earned and played for free.
- The Season Pass is an optional one-time purchase for one season. It adds the Pass row of season rewards, double XP, every race unlocked, and Endless mode. It never adds tower strength or score.
- Each season has its own Pass. A Pass does not renew and is not a subscription.
- Rewards you unlock are yours to keep after their season ends. Rewards from a past season that you did not reach are not offered again.
- All purchases are made through Apple. Prices are shown in the game before you buy and may vary by country.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Leaderboards and fair play
Leaderboards run on Apple's Game Center. When the game's balance changes, a new season starts with a fresh leaderboard, and older seasons stay as a record. Please play fair. We may remove scores that come from cheating, bugs or modified copies of the game.
Your progress
Your progress is stored on your iPhone and, when you're signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud (see the Privacy Policy). We don't hold a copy, so we can't restore lost progress ourselves. Your Season Pass can always be restored from your Apple Account with Restore Purchases.
Using Mazeheart TD
You may use Mazeheart TD for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game or its artwork, music or characters. The name Mazeheart TD and the game's artwork, music and characters belong to us.
Changes to Mazeheart TD
We may update, change, add or stop offering features over time, including adding new content, seasons or advertising in a future update. If we ever remove something you paid for, we will treat the people who paid for it fairly, as required by law and by Apple's rules.
No warranty
Mazeheart TD is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, except where the consumer laws of your country say otherwise.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Mazeheart TD after that means you accept the changes.
